It’s official. There is to be no Nadal-Federer final in Monte Carlo as Jurgen Melzer decided to crash that party when he beat Federer in the quarterfinals. On the flipside, Nadal may yet reach the final (is there any doubt?) if he overcomes the suddenly gifted clay-courter, Andy Murray; so, at least one-half of that coin is intact.
